Recently, Suzhou Vedette Industry Equipment Co., Ltd. completed the final factory testing and packaging of its independently developed and manufactured automotive air conditioning manifold automated production line.  The line has been officially loaded and shipped to Chongqing, a major automotive industrial city in China. Chongqing, as one of China's core automotive manufacturing bases, is home to numerous well-known automobile manufacturers and parts suppliers. The client in this collaboration is a local high-tech enterprise specializing in automotive thermal management systems. Facing increasing market demand and the pursuit of ultimate product quality, the client urgently needed to upgrade its existing manifold production and processing methods.

The Suzhou Vedette project team gained a deep understanding of the client's needs, thoroughly communicating their production process, capacity targets, and workshop layout. Based on the mature "manifold punching machine, manifold assembly machine, and manifold grooving machine" three core modules, Vedette customized a complete automated and intelligent production line solution for the client.
